Bose is voluntarily recalling the Acoustimass® Module in the Bose CineMate GS
Series II and Bose CineMate Series II Systems from countries where the voltage
from the mains power socket is 220 volts or higher. A component in the system's
Acoustimass Module could fail and present a potential fire hazard when
operated at these voltages.

If you purchased a Bose® CineMate™ GS Series II or CineMate Series II System
before 12 September, 2012, and are using
it in a country where the mains power socket voltage is 220 volts or higher,
your system is included in this action. Stop using your
CineMate GS Series II or CineMate Series II System and unplug it from the mains
power socket immediately .
