Voice Assistant Not Working
You may need to adjust your settings on your product or supporting App in order to use the voice assistant features controlled by your mobile device. See instructions below:
Update your product
Updating the product's software may resolve some issues with the system. For information on updating the product, see Updating the software or firmware of your product.
Make sure the voice assistant on the device is enabled and set correctly
If you're trying to access the voice assistant while the phone is locked, you may have to enable that setting in your voice assistant settings menu.
Make sure you're using the touch control correctly
If the touch control is not enabled or if you're tapping in the wrong location, the voice assistant will not work properly. See Controlling media playback and call functions for more information.
Clear your product's memory of previously paired Bluetooth® devices, then reconnect.
Your product remembers the last several devices it connected to so it can quickly reconnect to them. In case of an issue with the device memory, clear its Bluetooth pairing list, then reconnect your device. For more information, see Clearing the product memory of paired Bluetooth devices and Connecting a Bluetooth device.
Determine if the issue occurs with another Bluetooth® device.
The source device currently paired to your product may be causing the issue. Try pairing a different Bluetooth source to see if the issue is isolated to that device.
