Incorrect name displayed
If you cannot find your product name in a Bluetooth device list or in the Bose app, follow these steps.
Update your product
Software update 3.1.1 has resolved an incorrect Bluetooth naming issues. After updating your product, please Resetting your product.
Rename your product
If your product name does not appear or appears incorrectly in your Bluetooth device list or in the Bose Connect app, rename your product.
