Replacing the headband cushion on your headset

The headset headband pad (that sits atop your head while in use) is replaceable since it is a wearable item that can wear down with time or certain conditions (i.e. temperature, improper storage, accidental damage, etc.). Find out how to attach a new cushion to your headset.

Replace the cushion once regular care and maintenance fails to restore the cushion to its original size and shape

  1. On a protected surface, turn the headset upside down.
  2. Remove the old cushion from the headband.
  3. While still holding the headband open, align the center of the new cushion with the center of the headband and press firmly from the center toward the outside.
